Steve’s Story
1988
Began career as loan originator
1993
Founded and operated an Independent Real Estate Appraisal Company
2010
Started HVCC Appraisal Ordering. We started small, with one employee and operating out of my garage
2016
Scaled to to 15 employees and completing over 2,000 appraisal orders for over $400,000 in revenue a month ($4.5 - $6 million annually) by 2016
2023
Eventually grew to be a nationwide appraisal management company where I managed thousands of appraisers across the country, until 2023 when I sold the company to one of the largest AMC's in the country
2024
Founded Honor Mortgage Solutions in an effort to make the mortgage experience more accessible and enjoyable to clients of all life stages.
